How it works

Step 1: A representative of your choir party should complete the form below and pay the registration fee.

​

Step 2: We will send you a link to a custom webpage for your choir, where members of your choir party must provide their details and pay their deposits (25% of the course fee) within 30 days.

N.B. If fewer than 15 members of your choir members have signed up and paid their deposits within 30 days, the Festival reserves the right either a) to cancel those individual bookings and return their deposits; or b) to treat individual bookings as though they had booked for the Festival Chorus. In both of these cases the choir’s registration fee is not refundable. 

​

Step 3: At this point, choir members may book their partners and children into the Festival for reduced fees as non-singing participants via their custom webpage. A 25% deposit for non-singing participants is payable immediately.

Step 4: Choir members may book accommodation for themselves and their non-singing companions. A 25% deposit for accommodation is payable immediately.

​

Step 5: Choir members may book additional activities (such as boat trips and formal dinners) for themselves and their non-singing companions. These options and the booking system will be made available to participants in February 2027, and may be booked anytime until 90 days before the start of the Festival (subject to availability). Payment for these additional activities is taken immediately and in full upon booking.

Step 6: The final 75% of the course fee and any accommodation costs (if applicable) must be paid at least 90 days before the Festival.

Step 7: We will be in touch to request final details, such as dietary requirements and repertoire choices.

Before completing this form, please ensure you have the following information to hand

​

• The names of your Director and Accompanist (if you are bringing them),

• The number of singers in your choir, and how many of each voice part (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass),

• The number of singers in your choir who will be under the age of 18 on the Festival start date (August 03rd 2027) and their full names.

• The full names of all the adult singers in your choir,

• Contact details for yourself, or another representative for the choir,

• Card details for payment.

You will be required to pay a £250 Registration Fee at the end of the form. You will also have the option to request a Festival Director for your choir. Please note that these fees are non-refundable. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.​​​​
