Register to join the Festival Choir as an individual

How it works

Step 1: Register using one of the forms at the bottom of this page. There are separate forms for adult participants and participants aged 12-17. We regret that under 12s are not permitted to attend the Festival. Non-singing attendees are registered through the same forms.

Step 2: 25% of the total cost of the course, including accommodation if requested, will be payable at the end of the forms; the final 75% must be paid at least ninety days before the Festival.

Step 3: Final details, such as your dietary requirements, activity preferences, etc will be requested at the point of final payment.

Adult participant - registration form

Please ensure you have read all the information above before completing this form to register for the Cambridge 2027 Festival.

Please note that this form is for adult attendees only (including non-singing attendees, and those who are members of Registered Choirs). For children, please fill in the form on the right.

This form must be completed once by every adult individual participating in the Festival. Choir Directors and Accompanists should register as Adults.

Prices for participating in the festival are as follows:

Individual registrations:

Adult: £1320

Young Adult: £990

Child (11-17): £660

Non-singer: £450

Members of Attending Choirs

Adult: £1099

Young Adult: £825

Child (11-17): £525

Non-singer: £450

Members of Youth Choirs and School Choirs (defined as choirs where fewer than 60% of the choir is aged 18 or over, and registered as such with the Festival) will be charged the Adult rate for Members of Attending Choirs. For more information see our booking Terms and Conditions.

Booking for accommodation will be available soon. We are preparing a College option and a hotel option; alternatively you will be able to book your own accommodation if you prefer. We will write to all registered participants as soon as these are finalised.

Under 18 participant - registration form

Please ensure you have read all the information above before completing this form to register for the Cambridge 2027 Festival.

Please note that this form is for attendees aged 11-17 only (including non-singing attendees). This form must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the attendee. Adult attendees should fill in the form on the left.

This form is intended for individual children attending either with adult choirs, or with individual parents or guardians. For school choirs, this information will be collated by your Choir Director.

We regret that under 11s are not permitted to take part in the Festival, nor to stay in Festival accommodation. However, if you are travelling with your family, we would be pleased to recommend child-friendly hotels in central Cambridge for you - simply send us an email to enquire.

The prices for children to attend the Festival are as follows:

Child singer: £660

Child non-singer: £450
